With over 25 years in the industry working in both BBC & Independent Sector on a variety of programmes & genres, specialising in drama.
Location & Studio filming, Single Camera & Multi-camera.
Risk Management skills up to date, under PSP Safe Management of Productions course.
Experienced in working with Children & understanding of their Licensing Laws.
Experienced in Movie Magic Scheduling (including cross scheduling when multiple units are filming)

I am an experienced 1st Assistant Director very dedicated to every production I work on. I approach all work with a happy & positive attitude, so I can help achieve the Director’s vision within the parameters of the production.
I have worked my way up the AD ladder & worked across all types of productions working with cast of all ages. I enjoy the challenges of scheduling in pre-production, & have great attention to detail. I like to run the floor in a manner that allows everyone to achieve their best & feel supported.
Natalie is one of the best first AD’s I’ve ever worked with. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I really love to work with people who bring a positive energy with them, and Natalie very much does this. She can push and motivate a crew while maintaining an environment of mutual respect between departments. She is also incredibly safety conscious and looks after everyone, you feel safe with Natalie at the helm. Would work with her again in a heartbeat.
I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie on two seasons of Bridgerton. She is a master at scheduling and knowing the production process. Her tireless work ethic and goodness helped us through the many challenges of a big show. She always found solutions and I am forever grateful.
